Kraive (getkraive.com) is a self-hosted AI prompt and workflow organizer developed and distributed by Ma Conception, based in Canada.

What Data We Collect

When you use the Kraive application installed on your server, the following data may be processed:

Account information: first name, last name, email address and encrypted password provided during installation
Usage data: plays, workflows, media files and content you create within the application
Technical data: login timestamps and session information stored in the application database
Cookies: session cookies required for authentication and optional analytics cookies

How We Use Your Data

Your data is stored exclusively on your own server or hosting environment. We do not have access to your personal data or the content you create in Kraive.

The only external communication the application makes is a daily license verification request to confirm your license key is valid. This request includes your license key, your domain name, and the application version. No personal data is transmitted.

Demo Access

If you request access to the Kraive live demo at demo.getkraive.com, we collect your email address, IP address, and approximate country to provide demo access and send product information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We use SMTP2GO to deliver emails.

Contact Form Inquiries

When you use the public Kraive contact form, we collect your email address, the content of your message, and your IP address. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, apply security and rate-limiting measures, and send an internal notification to our team.

Within the Kraive application (installed on your server)

The Kraive application installed on your own server does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. Your content stays on your server.
