Kraive (getkraive.com) is a self-hosted AI prompt and workflow organizer developed and distributed by an independent developer based in Canada.

When you use the Kraive application installed on your server, the following data may be processed:

Account information: first name, last name, email address and encrypted password provided during installation
Usage data: plays, workflows, media files and content you create within the application
Technical data: login timestamps and session information stored in the application database
Cookies: session cookies required for authentication and optional analytics cookies

How We Use Your Data

Your data is stored exclusively on your own server or hosting environment. We do not have access to your personal data or the content you create in Kraive.

The only external communication the application makes is a daily license verification request to confirm your license key is valid. This request includes your license key, your domain name, and the application version. No personal data is transmitted.
