Kraive is a product developed and sold by Ma Conception, based in Brossard, Québec, Canada.
These Terms, License & Refund Policy (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Kraive software, the Kraive Self-Hosted product, Hosted by Kraive Beta, related updates, support, and any related services provided by Ma Conception ("Ma Conception," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "Kraive" identify the product.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kraive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, install, access, or use the product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Kraive may be offered in more than one form. The product page and checkout identify the version being purchased.
Kraive Self-Hosted is software that you install and operate on your own hosting account, domain, database, and infrastructure.
You are responsible for your hosting provider, domain, server configuration, database, backups, security settings, and any third-party services needed to operate your installation.
Hosted by Kraive Beta is a managed Kraive workspace operated by Ma Conception for customers who prefer not to manage installation and hosting themselves.
Hosted by Kraive Beta is a validation-stage offering. It is not represented as a multi-tenant SaaS product, enterprise service, or service-level-agreement offering unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Ma Conception grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Kraive Self-Hosted on one active installation associated with one permitted domain.
The license is for your own personal or internal business use. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or intellectual property to you.
Kraive is delivered as encoded software. Kraive Self-Hosted contains ionCube-protected application files. You do not receive source-code access or rights to modify, decode, or redistribute the protected software files.
Each license is valid for one root domain (for example, yourdomain.com). Subdomains of that same root domain are permitted. Installation in a subdirectory (for example, yourdomain.com/kraive) counts as the same domain.
Using one license on multiple separate root domains is not permitted. A Self-Hosted license permits one active Kraive installation at a time.
You may contact support to request a license move to a new domain when the former installation is no longer in use. Ma Conception may require reasonable information to confirm the move and protect against duplicate active installations.
Except where applicable law does not permit a restriction, you may not:
Kraive Self-Hosted requires a hosting environment with a compatible ionCube Loader installation to run the protected application components. You are responsible for confirming that your hosting environment meets this requirement before purchase or installation. The installer includes a preflight check, but Ma Conception does not guarantee compatibility with every hosting plan or server configuration.
Self-Hosted customers receive access to updates made available for their licensed product version, subject to the installation requirements and license validation process then in effect.
Ma Conception may change, improve, discontinue, or replace features in future versions. We will not represent a future feature as included unless it is expressly described at the time of purchase.
With Kraive Self-Hosted, your workspace data is stored in the hosting environment you control. You are responsible for backups, access controls, hosting security, and compliance obligations relating to the data you store.
Kraive does not use your prompts, files, or workflows to train AI models. Kraive does not sell workspace data or use it for advertising.
With Hosted by Kraive Beta, Ma Conception manages the technical environment for your private Kraive workspace. The applicable Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect and how we handle it.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, and use the content in your workspace.
Kraive Self-Hosted includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.
To request a refund, use the Contact form and include the email address used for the purchase or the order number so that we can locate the transaction.
When a refund is approved and issued, your license key is revoked and you must uninstall Kraive from your server.
In addition:
Ma Conception does not require you to provide proof of uninstallation as a condition of the voluntary 30-day guarantee.
Ma Conception may investigate fraudulent refund requests or decline a duplicate recovery where a refund, chargeback, or other payment reversal has already been issued for the same order. This voluntary refund policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
This refund policy is in addition to, and does not replace, consumer rights that may apply under law.
Hosted by Kraive Beta is currently an access-request offering, not a self-serve checkout product. Availability, onboarding, and billing are confirmed individually after an access request is reviewed and accepted.
A Hosted by Kraive Beta workspace is a private Kraive environment managed by Ma Conception. It is not custom development, a multi-tenant SaaS product, or an enterprise managed-services engagement.
When recurring billing is activated for an approved workspace, the applicable checkout, invoice, or billing confirmation will identify the billing method, price, renewal date, and cancellation instructions.
You may cancel at any time. Your access remains active through the end of the then-current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
Ma Conception does not provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current paid monthly period, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Ma Conception in writing.

We do not promise a contractual response time or service-level agreement at launch.
Kraive may use third-party providers for payments, tax handling, email delivery, hosting, and related operations.
Payments for Kraive Self-Hosted are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and handles applicable sales tax or VAT, refunds, and payment disputes through its platform. Your transaction is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and policies.
Hosted by Kraive Beta billing is not yet represented as a self-serve Lemon Squeezy checkout. The applicable billing method and terms will be confirmed individually after an access request is accepted.
Ma Conception remains responsible for the Kraive product, the license granted under these Terms, and product support within the scope described here. Ma Conception is not responsible for outages, changes, policies, or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
We aim to keep Kraive available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
Hosted by Kraive Beta may change as we learn from early customers. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product evolution.
Where a material change affects an active Hosted by Kraive Beta subscription, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate it in advance when practical.
Kraive, its software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by Ma Conception or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in Kraive is transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kraive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ma Conception does not guarantee that Kraive will meet every use case, be compatible with all hosting environments, third-party plugins, or future PHP/MySQL versions, prevent all data loss, or produce a specific business, AI, creative, or financial outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kraive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss arising from third-party AI platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, or customer configuration choices.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Kraive's liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Kraive for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ma Conception may suspend or terminate access, support, or a license if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, a material breach of these Terms, or a security risk.
On termination, your right to use Kraive ends unless we state otherwise in writing. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, refund, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions, continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence or purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Kraive website with its effective date.
For material changes affecting active Hosted by Kraive Beta subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means that you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
